“ My wife and I brought our good friends here for their first visit. We have always had a good experience at this location and this time was no different. We came for drinks and ended up having dinner as well. We started with the pizza poppers for the table! Very good! I ordered the cherry salad and everyone else ordered their own pizza! Very good food, awesome drinks, great service! We will be back! ”

“ The Knickerbocker is thee brewery & restaurant to visit when in Grand Rapids. imIt is our go-to for bigger groups & when we want to socialize and have a fun atmosphere. We had a party of 10, made reservations early in the week and had no issues. Pizza pinwheels are a crowd favorite, and Dragon's Milk is delicious (especially the varieties- smores, coconut rum & stroopwaffle are probably my favorite when they run those. The tweens rate the pickle pizza with a solid 10 out of 10. The cheddar & beef was magnificent, fried chicken sandwich is my fall back on when I dont want to be adventurous, and the chicken pot pie was a smokey play on a childhood go-to. ”

They had some food out for everyone and while it was all good the pretzel beer cheese dip.....was outstanding and that was before I had a few beers. Staff was just super super friendly, can't say enough about them. I tried a few brews they had. The dragonsmilk stout was very nice! Nice ambience, very clean and great location from where we were staying. ”
“ 10/5/2024 Our first time at GR location. The waitstaff was friendly and it was very clean. The staff cleaned up table’s promptly. The food was fantastic! It came out hot and fresh. Cluckin good bowl - Delicious! Fresh chicken, so flavorful and a good amount. Definitely would get it again. Caesar salad with grilled chicken - very good! This is what a Caesar salad should be. Plenty of romaine lettuce, dressing, shredded cheese and fresh croutons. The chicken had wonderful flavor. Definitely would get it again. Definitely would go back. ”

The experience was made even more special when we arrived where they had the upstairs seating beautifully arranged for our large party. The service was EXCELLENT! We ordered every pizza on the menu along with salads and every single item was delicious! We are very happy with our experience on this special day, NHB made it even more special! ”
“ This place is so much more than we expected. We were visiting, not regulars, and were treated like we were VIPs. Our bartenders were real bartenders! They knew what they were making/serving and did a great job explaining what we should experience with each drink. Super cool that New Holland has a contest each year for bartenders to make a new drink and if they win, it gets added to the menu. A member of the sales team stopped by and engaged in a conversation about the company's growth in beer and into liquor and wine. Fascinating! We had a blast and learned a bunch. If we lived in Grand Rapids, we would be regulars ”
